Website price are in USD. However when you place the order your bank will automatically charge in your local currency.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, & Resends

Contact us through email within 7 days of order received with below information.

Please contact us within 7 days of order received. We have multiple fulfillment center, as a result, your order can sometimes be coming to you in two separate packages. If this is the case, you would've been sent two tracking numbers so go through your inbox to double check.


 On the off chance that we have made a mistake and have failed to include one of your items - Please email us with below information.

  • a clear photo of shipment sticker that we can see the package weight & items include.
  • photo evidence of your package.
  • Your order number.

As with every delivery service, packages can sometimes go missing and we are so sorry if yours has. Email us hi@takaoriginal.com We'll help you to solve this!

If your tracking number indicates that your package has been returned to our warehouse, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will look into the reasons for the return (usually due to an incorrect address or the failure to pick up your package in time), and see if we can issue a re-delivery.

Some county doesn't offer re-delivery so it is important you have correct address. or keep tracking your order.🌍

In the case that you have received an item that does not fit you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We do suggest you re-sell it locally or give to your friends because the international shipping price are expensive too plus there might be a border tax you should aware. You will have to send the item back to our oversea receiving hub.It is only once we have received the item back and check that they're still in their new condition that we can issue you your refund or put through an exchange. We provide measurements for all of our pieces and we have online customer service. If you're unsure of what your size is, please contact us. We love to help you out.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship WORLDWIDE except some areas or island due to new policies being implemented within domestic couriers. Contact us if you don't see your country! 

Our stocks are based abroad, mainly from our warehouse in China. Which can extend delivery time compared to your regular experience. We do use priority shipping for all orders. Usually take 7 - 12 days arrived. 

We collaborate with multiple carrier to cover the custom fees so this is usually not a problem. However as different countries have different policies we are unable to cover worldwide. It is important to make yourself aware you may be charged import duties and taxes by your local custom authority. In thi case it is your responsibility to pay it when your package arrives into your a country. 

We offer free worldwide shipping on order over $60.

*Please note that free worldwide shipping is available for most countries. If is not free for you, then your countries are using premium carrier. It's free shipping on order over $200. We have tried our best to search for trustworthy and cost - effective carrier to shipping out to your area but we have not been successful. In this case we use expensive carrier to shipping out the package. 

 

Tracking Status

You can track your package's journey on https://17track.net 

All of the order will be handed to your local countries carrier once the package finish its clearance.

Tracking number take 2-3 days to update once your order placed. Once the package leaves our warehouse and start its journey. Tracking status usually update each week. If you don't see your package update for 7 days. Please reach out to us. We'll have our service member follow up your order and get back to you.

Due to Covid-19. In certain countries sometimes you will have to pick up the package by yourself. You will see on tracking link alerts you to 'pick up' with address. Contact us if you are not sure of what to do.
