ORDERS STILL SHIPPING DAILY 

We are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and warehouse to help protect and support our production teams and you, we worked overtime to process the product as quickly as possible. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your orders within our timeframes, some experiences you may encounter are completely out of our control and are due to new policies being implemented within domestic couries.

Customer service is our number one priority here at TAKA Original and we understand the postal service delays have been somewhat disappointing for a lot of customers. To get your parcels delivered to you quicker, we have made some changes, for some countries that are currently expericing delays. We are shifting from postal services to DHL/FEDEX to ensure more visibility into your tracking, faster delivery and reliability.  Please see the shipping table below for your new shipping options. 

Please note: All deliveries to Russia/Kuwait have been temporarily suspended. Due to this, any customers attempting to checkout cannot do so until deliveries resume.

*All deliveries to Kuwait have been temporarily suspended. Due to this, any customers attempting to checkout cannot do so until deliveries resume. 

*All deliveries to Russia may take longer than usual. Due to weather conditions. Estimate arrival 20 - 30 days.

CURRENCY

Prices displayed in non-USD currencies are approximate conversions only. These may fluctuate based on fees charged by your financial institution and conversion rates. The price of an item will change to USD at checkout from your cart and you will be charged in USD. This order total will be converted by your bank at the time of purchase using their exchange rate, and any processing fees you are subject to in regards to international transactions will be charged to you separately by your bank.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

•We make every effort to ship all orders in 3-7 days. Although most the order ship in 3 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also contact us to keep you up with any update on the order.

•Free shipping is applied when the total cost of all products purchased is equal to $59 USD, before any discounts have been applied.

•All orders ship from China. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

•Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Chinese public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed. SHIPPING OPTION

We offer standard and express shipping. Free shipping applied to standard services. For those country are experience huge delay we automatically shipping out with DHL/FEDEX Express. Contact hi@takaoriginal.com if you have any questions.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state. Most of the shipment arrive within 7-14 days.

1. Not received a package?

We are sorry to hear that you have not received a package after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

2. How do I track my package?

Easy Peasy!! As soon as the courier picks up your parcel you will receive an email with the tracking number, in order for you to monitor the status of the delivery on the courier's website. Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

Due to covid-19, we may require 3-7 business days to process the order and to dispatch it. The date reflects no-contact safeguards put in place to protect employees, delivery partners, and customers.

3. What if the package status is not updated?

Whilst we endeavor to dispatch your package in our time manner, on occasion the estimated time depends on your local postage carrier, your proximity to major postal hubs, and custom delays.

4. What if the package shows return to sender?

Please note the re-delivery service varies depends on the local carrier, which we've listed in our Shipping/ Ordering FAQ. If the package is under return for re-delivery/ got lost during the return or destroy due Incorrect / illegible / incomplete address we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL MAIL

If your country is not listed above or you're having trouble tracking your parcel, please contact us at hi@takaoriginal.com with your order number. We'll be having staff to help out.

Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes. 

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS

If you order a pre-order style, or items that will be restock within certain days. It will not be shipped immediately. All available non pre-order or in stock items purchased will be shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time is 3-7 days although most of the order are shipping 3 days. For pre-order or restock items we are unable to provide exact dates but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your pre-order or restock style will ship separately when it arrives. We are unable to cancel any pre-orders unless we have offered a cancellation to you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES

The displayed product costs do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. The price buyer paid to us are the product price itself. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. If the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund the order. 

 

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY 
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the www.takaoriginal.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
